FOREST CITY, co-developed by RENDEFUL, YUANZON Holding Group, and Hong Kong Y. T. Realty, is located within the southern expanse of Tianfu New Area and the Chengdu-Meishan metropolitan development axis. The project is adjacent to the Pengzu Mountain National 4A Scenic Area, the Jinjiang water system, and the ancient town of Huanglongxi. With a network of five horizontal and five vertical urban arterial roads intersecting nearby, the project is surrounded by major industrial hubs valued at hundreds of billions of yuan. It is close to high-quality medical resources, including BOE Hospital, West China Tianfu Hospital of Sichuan University, the Beike Life Science Center, and an international eldercare center offering holistic health solutions. Additionally, the project features a 25,000 m2 standalone commercial street (under planning) and a 1.5-kilometer cherry blossom-themed commercial street, forming a nearly 10,000-mu living circle.

Positioned as a "Chinese model of global forest cities", the project adopts an innovative vertical forest architecture concept on the principal axis of Tianfu New Area, integrating high-rise buildings with ground-level villas. This approach combines international advanced architectural ideas and models to redefine urban living by introducing sky garden products that infuse new content and vitality into the concept of a "forest city", offering a new vision of urban living in Tianfu.

The project's landscape design is inspired by the natural resources of Pengzu Mountain and the Jinjiang River, structured around "One River, Two Banks, Three Zones", which include a waterfront along Jinjiang, the northern and southern banks, and zones featuring forest lake island, forest bay, and forest park. Together, these elements create an integrated living community that weaves together "mountains, waters, forests, and gardens". The project applies a "full-series" design concept: each high-rise unit includes approximately 30 m2 of sky gardens, while multi-story units offer private courtyards. Drawing extensively from the century-old practices of world forest cities like Milan's Vertical Forest, Singapore's EDEN, and One Central Park in New York, it innovatively constructs a forest city architectural ensemble where nature and architecture achieve harmonious coexistence.
